“Select Form name” dropdown items’ order on “View Form Information” page

Currently the dropdown items are sorted by name (even though the title is shown), but when I change the form’s title the form’s name remains the old one thus the order will be incorrect.

Suggestion is to change the cmp_sort_form_name function to use the form’s title for comparison instead of form’s name.
