• Hi!

I’m starting to use the plugin but I get this error. The button doesn’t do anything. Does not open the window to choose de the file. It seems it gives this messages on the developer window (I don`t know what this means). Please somebody gives me a hand on how to overcome this situation, thanks a lot.

    Hi,

Just for testing purposes. Can you disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens?

If the above does not help in any way, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

Hi, thanks, It was a conflict with this plugin: Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr, SmugMug, Google Photos & Others

One solution is to mark this option on that plugin: Disable shortcode editing in Visual Editor

The bad side is that this generates complications on the use of this plugin. It looses the graphic interface to add images to the galleries.

    Greetings!

Thank you for reporting back. Have you created a support ticket for the other plugin? The developer might be able to assist you further with your issue.

You can mark this support thread as resolved if you think it is resolved.

    Thank you
