Select field populated with users in a specific role

My site has multiple forms signed in users can use to send communications to other users. My site has a user role called ‘member’.
Currently when I add a new member, I have to go to each form and update the select list to include the new member and the same for removing members.
Is there a way to have a select list that is automatically populated with users that are assigned the member role so that it can be automatically updated when I add and remove members?
