select field has a default value

    we have a select section on our checkout field which ask people how they came to our website like from whatsapp or sms or google and we want it to be required field but in this plugin it is selected first one by default which make customers dont bother chosing.
    in other similar plugins this section is empty and required so customer have to chose one. this plugin is perfect and only missing this part which is essential for us.
    we need the select field to be empty by default and I know some people needs otherwise so this would be great if there is an option to select default or leave it empty when setting up field.

    Inorder to achieve your requirement, you need to make the first option blank as shown in the below screen-shot:

    Please make the field as required. So it will force the customer to select a value from the dropdown before placing the order.
