Select Field Doesn't Save Values on Windows OS

  • Has anyone experienced this issue:

    When filling out a form using Windows, regardless of browser, the emailed form shows empty values for select fields. We have tested the forms in different browsers using Mac, everything works like a charm.

    We have numerous forms on multiple sites with different themes. When clients fill them out on a PC, we receive empty forms (select fields only).

    Any insight would be appreciated.
