Select email address to send the form to

    Is it possible to have the form sent to a different email address based upon a selection in a radio button box? For instance, I have three locations listed in a radio button area. If an applicant selects store #2, I would like to have the email redirected to the email address of that store.

    You need a conditional statement for that which is currently under development.

    Any idea when this will be made available?

    I am also interested in this. Hoping conditional statements allow showing and adding fields dynamically.
