Select Different Dates, stuck on 31-12-2014

After I “Click to Book”, I go to select a date and the “Your Appointment Date” automatically goes to 31-12-2014. No matter what date I select, it is stuck on that specific date…
I had select that date as one of the “Time Offs”, so I am not sure if that is some how interferring with it.
