select Data Source not working

    Hello. Unfortunately I cannot create a chart. When selecting the data source (wpDataTable Data Source) nothing is shown to me. I have created a test chart. Do you have a solution? Thanks for the help. Greetings bebo

  • Datasource is not working on my site as well. I received the following error: Error
    You are trying to load a table of an unknown type. Probably you did not activate the addon which is required to use this table type.
    It is activated but not working properly.

    Sorry for inconvenience,

    We assume that you are trying to create a chart from a simple table. If that is true then that is not possible at the moment. You can find limitations of this table in our docs on this link
    In lite version you are able to create tables from all other available table types(tables created from Excel, CSV, JSON, XML or PHP serialized array)
