    Hello good time
I have added several countries for the invoice from the selection of specific countries. I am in Iran myself, but when choosing other countries, there is a problem in the province selection section.
That is, I select the province, but when I want to confirm, it does not accept and says that this field must be filled.
I don’t know why, but when the country is Iran, it accepts the province, but not other countries.
Thank you for your guidance and for telling me exactly what I need to do to fix it.

    Hi @mohsen2677,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm under WooCommerce > Settings > Selling Locations that it is set to sell to all countries?

If it is, then this could be a plugin or theme conflict. Try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and check if the issue persists.

If the problem disappears, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the culprit. You can run this test on a staging site. Also, be sure to have a backup in place.

Let us know how this goes.

I disabled the plugins and enabled the 2024 format, but in this case the country cannot be changed at all and Iran is selected.
While I set the sales location to the all of the countries.

    Hi @mohsen2677

Given the current situation, there might be an issue with your WooCommerce setup or a conflict with your theme. To further isolate the issue, I would recommend to try the following steps:

    1. Double-check your WooCommerce settings. Ensure that under WooCommerce > Settings > General > Selling Locations, you have “Sell to all countries” selected.
    2. Try to clear your cache. Sometimes, old cache data can cause unexpected behavior. To do so, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser and server cache and check again.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how it goes. We’re here to help!
