select categor and tags before uploading

    though it seems like there are very few replies here but I’m gonna ask it anyway.

    I’m using a document library plugin with front-end users being able to upload files.

    1- I’d like the user to be able to select the document category, subcategory, tag and whatever taxonomy which shall be fetched from the actual document library.
    2- the document is automatically stored in the selected category and assigned the selected tags.
    3- must verified by an admin first.

    is it possible with this plugin pro version?
