Select button doesn't display properly in Chrome and Firefox

Hello – The right half of my Select button is chopped off. The button works, but all you can see is “Sel.” It is also indented a bit, so it is not in line with the Upload button. (The Upload button, by the way, looks fine). I should point out that the problem seems to only affect Chrome and Firefox. It works fine with IE and Safari. Any advice is very much appreciated! Thanks!
