SELECT bug

Hey there,
I have two dropdown menus in the checkout but only the first of them is displaying in the emails and order details page (if selected nothing).
If I select an option, it’s being displayed.I think it’s not the plugin itself but wordpress/woocommerce because this happened after updating the core.
