  • Hi jasmaninder,

I do see the issue with Safari browser. This is unfortunate.

Would you be able to temporarily de-activate your theme and check to see if the translation works on the default WordPress theme, such as twentytwelve, thirteen, fourteen, etc?

Let me know if that helps. If you see translation at that point, at least we can narrow the issue down to a theme conflict.

I have tried CSS on your website pages to fix this, but nothing seems to work.

Let me know your results – and I can login to your site if you want me to take a look – contact me here:

    Thanks so much! Rob

    Hi Rob,

I have alreday sent you message on this https://wp-studio.net/contact/ before few days but not getting any response from here.

    Thanks!!

    Hi jasmaninder,

I will search through emails and try to find this. I apologize for missing it. I’ll be back in office tomorrow and can try to resolve the issue. Crossing my fingers on this one.

    Thanks, Rob

    Hi jasmaninder,

I’m sorry for my delay in response. I have reviewed different browsers in my Browserstack.com testing software – Google Translate seems to be working now in Safari, at least on a computer screen.

    See here:

And I almost forgot that iOS mobile devices do not support Flash natively, so Google Translate select box does not show on those types of devices.

Let me know if this information helps, or if you have further questions. I will do my best to help ??

    Rob Myrick
