    Hello.

For a few weeks now, I can’t use the “Select all” checkbox in any list (posts, plugins, updates…)

This is a screenshot of “All Posts” list, so you understand the checkbox I’m referring to:?https://i.postimg.cc/4xVjxwJK/Entradas-el-Super-Hincha-Word-Press.jpg

We did testing and found that the error appears when your plugin and Related Posts plugin are active at the same time.

When any of them are disabled, everything works again. When activated together, the checkbox fails.

I already opened a post on their support forum as well, but really the error could be in either of the two.

  • I have the same issue, except it is happening when both this plugin and the PowerPack for Beaver Builder plugin is activated. I tested a fresh WP install with only these two plugins installed and the ‘select all’ works only if one is activated, not both. I have also submitted a support ticket to them.

Hello. Any solution to this problem? The common denominator seems to be your plugin.

I do have the same issue with this plugin activated. Any advice to solve this problem?

It’s evident that the author decided to cancel support on this forum and on his own website.

I guess it’s time to look for an alternative.

A shame, because I really like this plugin. But it’s not sustainable to work without the bulk selection option or with a plugin that does not provide support, and in which more and more errors will pile up ??

I’m hoping this will notify those on this thread. The conflict is being caused by the feature “folders” in the Lightbox plugin. If you go to Lightbox / Folders and uncheck “Enable media folders.” it should start working again. We weren’t using that feature so has switched it off and this has resolved the issue for for us, hopefully it does for you too!

It worked! Thank you so much!

You saved my life. I was too lazy to look for an alternative that was compatible with the settings of each individual photo.
