Select Album When Creating Sub Album

When creating a sub album, is there a way to get an album select for picking which album the sub album will be created in?? this would be much like the album select for uploading a photo when using:

[wppa type=”upload”][/wppa]

This link for creating a sub album is constantly being used wrong since users are assuming it will create the sub album in the current album, which it does not…
