"Select a Form" but can't go into one.

Hi,

I used to be able to view the form data that I was working with, but now I get a “select a form” option, and two items, both of which come up with a 403 Forbidden code.

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

One of the items is a misspelt version of the other, which might also be due to a database corruption I had a while back?

Any ideas?
