Select a dropdown info and a Checkbox will appear

    I’m currently researching on how to code this into my contact form.

    I would like my customers to select first (using a dropdown) an info, and after selecting one, they would have to choose what product they would like to inquire (checkbox will appear).

    Is this possible?

    Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

  • Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available directly in the Contact Form 7 plugin. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.

    Hi thank you for that relevant info.

    I have looked into those Contact Forms and the features are paid.

    Luckily I stumbled upon Caldera Forms and they offer Conditional Logic for free. Although they lack some elements like the ticket/reference number, but all in all that is what I need for now.
