    Hi.,
    Firstly I would like to say thank you.

    I am testing Dokan now in my local host.
    And I have some troble about choose category.
    Would you mind check images. I will show you two images.

    When I click “Dashboard”. And use “+Add New Product” at the bottom, then “select a category” is working.
    But If I click “Product” in menu, and then use “+Add New Product”, then “select a category” is not working.

    Is it possible to fix?

    I have checked the matter in my local server and the issue is not there. Have a look at the video.

    I assume the issue you are having is because of conflict. Please test.

    1. Theme Test
    => Switch to the default WordPress theme as we know that the default WordPress theme is coded properly. Now see if the issue is still there. Take note if you see a difference in behavior after you have switched the theme. Switch back to the theme you were using.

    2. Plugin Test
    If the theme didn’t have anything to do with the issue then move on to the plugins section. There are many WordPress plugins out there and not all of them are coded nicely so let’s see if you have a plugin installed that is not playing nice.

    => Try to deactivate the plugins excepts Dokan then check again.

    Can I ask you one more?

    I try to change theme to Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen. A result is same.
    Also, I try to deactivated all plug-in. And result is same.

    However, only one plug-in which is “rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress,”
    ? If I deactivated this plug-in, then select a category working.
    ? If I activated thish plug-in, then select a category not working.

    So my question is…
    If I need “rtMedia”, then I could not use “dokan”?
    Can you or your company check this thing for fix in the future?

    Because I using Buddypress and I need reMedia too. so…

    Would you mind give me advice one more time??^^

    Thank you for following the process. As the issue is because of conflict with a third-party plugin, we are unable to help. You need to make the plugin compatible with Dokan in order to use the plugin with Dokan.
