Sela Theme, how to change front page box title without changing page title?

    Sounds stupid but I want to change my front page box description title to something other than ‘Home’ but every time I do it changes the page title and alters my menu?

    My website is: beckyhipkiss.wordpress.com

    An example of what I mean @ https://emilycontois.com

    I want something like ‘Scholar…’ and still saying Home on menu bit? How please?! x
