Sela theme file access?

    I have a free wordpress account – companyname.wordpress.com. I have installed the Sela theme, and am working with someone to set it up to look like the demo. He’s asking for theme file access – how does he get this access, can it be accessed with a free WP account, etc. Or with a free WP account can we ONLY have super basic blog only sites that don’t look professional? Thank you!
