Regarding the image editor, our support team informed you about its existing features in detail. However, your expectations were different. While we can resolve functionality-related issues, adding new features to meet your expectations might create some challenges. The second issue was about the “Detect unused image” feature. We know that it took us some time to resolve this. The delay was due to the complexities and testing required for this feature. Honestly, this was not intentional. That’s why we requested you to give us some time to promptly release a new version that addresses this issue. Additionally, we are preparing to release an updated version of ThumbPress very soon.
Also, the issues you mentioned in your review are premium features. Please note that this forum is intended for free users. Since you’re a premium user, your review here is not directly applicable.
