Segmentation Email List By Order Product Category?

Hi there,
We are working on segmenting out rather large customer base (80k+) into emails based on purchase behaviour.
Essentially we have different types of customers buying different types of products in different categories.
We want to send a custom newsletter to customers who bought from a certain category. Pretty basic really.
We are having to export all our orders based on product category and import them into sendinblue into a new list.
The issue is that as more orders and emails are captured these are not automatically imported into the correct segmented lists, just into the main email list.
Is there a way to automate which list the email goes into based on the products ordered?
The issue now is that we will have to periodically segment our lists and they won’t be up to date until we do ??
