Segment error – Mail ID not found

    Dear, as soon as I try to create a target (from an email campaign creation process), starting from a statistic, e.g. “not read campaign XXX”, the system give back an error that state “email not found”. It seems some king of issue to retrieve the mail ID from the DB….something related to the translation of ID (table) to mail id (field)?

    Thanks for your message. You’re definitely right, something seems to be wrong with the request.
    As this issue belongs to your specific tables / configuration, could you use our website contact form to send us more information about it? This way we will have a closer look at it and see what’s wrong based on your database structure.

    Oh and by the way, I think editing your message to prevent other users from seeing information from your website would be a really good idea ??
