seems wordfence is blocking all ip

Hi, is the second time in 24 hours that my website disappears giving error 403 forbidden, then I chat both times with my host, and they resolved both times adjusting the code on the .hattcess file, the second time saying there was some plugin blocking all ips apparently. Well the only one could block ip is wordfence, but I couldn’t find any track of ips blocked on the plugin. Today I installed also the ultimate auction plugin, may be that the two plugins get in conflict? I also changed host lately, and the php memory increased, but the all in one seo plugin didn’t update with the new php setting, I’m looking for the cause.. can you help me?
