Seems to break the iOS app?

After installing and configuring Two Factor, the WordPress for iOS app no longer accepts my login credentials. Wp-admin works fine through a browser. I created an application password but that does not work either. The error is “it looks like this username/password isn’t associated with this site”. I can see on the server that it is trying to connect to xmlrpc, so it doesn’t seem to be a network issue. Is this plugin known to be compatible with the WP iOS app?
