  • Hi @ramikamil,

I understand how frustrating it can be when something isn’t working as expected. I’d like to assure you that we’re here to help.

We have comprehensive documentation for the plugin and provide support in the support forum as well as via ticket and live chat.

It surprises me to hear about your experience as we’ve actively responded to support requests and have resolved every issue raised. Please give us a chance to assist you by creating a support thread and sharing the issue you’re experiencing.

    Thank you.

    Hello dear @sukafia

    Thanks for your prompt reply…
I wish this great unbelievable support is the same as it is at Pinterest.
I have some issues after I connected between Woo & Pinterest. there is an issue in the shop approval from your side without a clear reason and clear feedback.
I tried several ways but there are no responses. I wish you have an influence there as well.
All the links that you mentioned here seem to me they are within Woocommerce. I wonder if there are other channels when the issue is beyond.

    Best regards…

    Hi @ramikamil,

The plugin is developed and supported by us at WooCommerce in collaboration with Pinterest. When you leave a review here, you are actually providing feedback for the plugin itself, not Pinterest as a platform.

We have invested significant effort into the development of the plugin and are dedicated to providing ongoing support for it. However, if your issue is specific to the Pinterest platform, you can contact them here. (If the plugin feature isn’t working as expected due to something on their end, we can also contact them from our end)

To help us better assist you, could you please create a support thread and share the following information:

    1. Go to Marketing > Pinterest and share a screenshot of the “catalog” and “settings” tab.

    2. Share your site’s system status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into our https://Quickforget.com service and share the secret link in the thread.

    3. If you’re seeing any errors on your Pinterest dashboard, please share a screenshot and additional information on the issue you’re experiencing.

Lastly, I understand that when you initially submitted your review, you may not have been aware the plugin is developed and supported by us at WooCommerce. If you don’t mind, I’d like to respectfully request that you update your review to reflect this new information.

    Thank you.

    Hello…
    Dear @sukafia.

1st, I have full respect for people in Woocommerce, and thanks for all your professional efforts. I have wonderful experience with them and how they are skilled…
Yes, I doubt that woocommerce is involved in this plugin but as I mentioned that my problem is beyond the plugin, It’s with the platform itself which is reflected on the woocommerce marketing panel.
I’m sorry for this misunderstanding and If I caused any inconvenience but I believe this business is connected and relay on each other. And yes, I have to adjust this thread.

It’s appreciated if you can connect me with them cause we are working on this issue for a long time from our one side. The story began after we saw the rejection resoan of our store which is not clear we tried to find their policy or any helpful material but nothing is working as attached, nor help articles or the forum. then we contacted them twice through the contact channel which we reached them hardly but there is no response.
We appealed their decision of rejection because our site is working fine, but it is rejected again and we lost any chance of appealing again without any clear information or a chance to reach a clear situation of this relation.
So, we want to know what is going on! Shall we remove this plugin and leave them or is there a way to reach together for a solution?
I wish that we shared the related necessary information. So, we’ll create a support thread to go on with this.

    Best regards.

    Hi @ramikamil,

I understand your issue is specific to the Pinterest platform. If your goal is to contact Pinterest, you can contact them?from here. They’re in the best position to assist with account issues.

However, if you need help with something related to the plugin, you’d actually have to create a support thread and provide the requested information so we can help further. For context, if the issue you’re experiencing is something we need to escalate to Pinterest to take a look at on their end, we can’t do that without first checking the issue and confirming it’s not something that can be addressed directly on the site. There are several reasons a merchant could be rejected, we can only advise when you’ve provided complete information. (e.g. screenshot of the errors you’re seeing).

I recommend creating a support thread and sharing the requested information. In the meantime, you should check that you meet Pinterest commerce eligibility requirements.

    Thank you.

    Hello…
    Sorry for being late.
Before I close this thread upon your advice, I want to let you know the links you provided for different resources are reachable and it might be helpful unlike the links in their business hub which nothing work as I attached before.

I contacted them several times but we do not get any response! so that’s why I’ll open a new thread if you can help us in this regard.
Really appreciated your kind help and support.
    I’ll open a new thread

    Hi @ramikamil,

I’m glad to hear the links could be helpful. If you’re not able to resolve the issue following the guides, please create a support thread or contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. (You may need to create an account before you can access that page.)

When you do, please include a link to this interaction so that we can keep track of what’s already been done. We will be able to help you further there.

By the way, I noticed you’ve updated your review. We really appreciate the kind gesture ?? Hopefully, you’ll find the extension and our support worthy of a 5-star rating soon.

    Thank you.

    Hi @ramikamil,
