    UpdraftPlus?manual backup to a Google Drive works while scheduled monthly backups does not happen at all.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

    Your issue is likely due to low visitor numbers or you scheduler not working.

    Can you install the free plugin WP Crontrol and take a screenshot of your Cron Events?

    @bcrodua I can access UpdraftPlus dashboard but I cannot find the log you are talking about. Please send a screenshot. I also need an email to send the log to. I am not gonna paste the log here, it seems that posts to WordPress Forums can never be deleted.

    @unknownuser1 I’ve re-titled your thread.

    It’s not really ethical to publicly proclaim something to be “fishy” simply because you refuse to read a support doc that, by 2024 standards, is short.
