I’ve inserted [WPMOODS] in a page and the output is [WPMOODS].
The widget works but displays a mood of “Mood : So Bad (0.0/4)”
and this: “Last updated : 12/31/1969 17:00:00” which is definitely not the right date. Of course it was never updated because there is no way to set your mood. I don’t see the “Add a mood” admin widget anywhere that looks like the screenshot you have provided.

I’m really sorry, I didn’t add shortcode yet. This is for next release.

I just tested the plugin on a new WP install. I can see the admin widget in dashboard, after the other widgets.

For the date bug, in fact I forgot to check if there were moods in DB before displaying the widget. This will be corrected in next release.

Okay, well at least I know it’s nothing I did wrong.
Also, you show a screenshot of “Add a mood”. that is not anywhere to be found? Not sure what you mean when you say you can “see the admin widget in dashboard, after the other widgets.” Under appearance -> widgets, the widget “Wp-moods Widget” is there. Is that what you were talking about? If so, that’s not the admin widget that you show the screenshot “Add a mood.”

    Thanks
