Over the past couple weeks, I’ve made some very regular changes to a website my wife and I run https://www.saltsugarspice.com. For instance, new posts have gone up. We just realized the site is not updating, publicly. So the new posts are not showing on the home page as “Recent Posts”. The recipes are there if you search for them. They do come up but they do not show on the home page as “Recent Recipes”.

Everything does show correctly when we’re logged into WordPress (in another tab, same window). That’s the image you see here on the left (https://photos.app.goo.gl/cLuvPK4dU76n3wBE7). On the right is an incognito browser showing what the public sees, which is outdated. I’ve also changed the category in the slider image, which is the larger images you see below (Soup and Cake). The Soup image is what it should be publicly but in fact it’s stuck as the cake, which is shown on the right incognito.

Things I’ve tried so far: clearing browser cache, page cache, WordPress cache and even had the host clear the server-side cache. They told me they think it’s an issue with having multiple usernames on a WordPress site but that sounds like BS to me. Anything glaring pop out to anyone that it might be?

BS indeed, and if a host told me this, I wouldn’t spend another hour with them: I would pack up my site and leave immediately.

All that they had to do was to check the HTTP Response header. There are numerous sites where you can check this for free, and every browser has a “developer console” that allows you to check this as well.

The “glaring pop-out” I see is the x-ezoic-cdn header shown below, which, according to Ezoic’s own documentation, means the page in question is being cached on their network.

You Sir, are a Rockstar! The exact blind spot I need light on. With that, I have resolved the issue. @gappiah for the win! Thank you, kindly.
