• Good plugin to clean your media library. The interface could be a little bit more user-friendly but I am looking forward to future updates.

    I have purchased a pro license a time ago. After updating the plugin to the latest version I got a message in the admin section that the old license keys will not longer be provided and it was suggested to update to a new license. It was promised that the price of the old license will be refunded if purchased less than 120 days ago.

    My old license was purchased a month ago so I was valid to receive the refund. But nothing happend. Updating the license was now more than one week ago and I have not received any refund nor any respond to my messages to the support.

    Totally disappointed!!!

    In my email/message, I mention that you need to send me a message, with your previous key and if possible your Paypal e-mail. Otherwise, how can I know you are a previous customer? I don’t check the sales one by one, it’s automatic. If you don’t contact me, I don’t know. You said you send me a message but I can’t see it anywhere, refund and license issue are my priorities and I always reply within a few hours maximum.

    Of course you will be refunded, and it’s not a lie, or a trick, even less a fraud, I would never do that, ever. But please: contact me, and remove this review (it’s not fair because I really try my best for all this). You simply had to send me an email (https://meowapps.com/contact/) and everything will be fine. Maybe you did, and I am sorry I didn’t get it, maybe you didn’t through the form, I am not sure.

    But everything will be fine, just like I said.

    I have sent the requiered information by e-mail from 9th April. No response. Another e-Mail form 12th April is also unanswered. On 17th I have received a message from your zendesk system, that my request is still pending (#2365).

    Okay, I did found the mail which was spammed in ZenDesk, refund and gave you a reply.
