Unable to login

    Once logged in my WP, can not access the dashboard needs to be configured. Can not link from Bluehost to WP. And WP Admin wasn’t able to login until yesterday on Nov 13th when I changed the password. It directed me to my Editor27 on my account.

    Today, the password/user is redirected to seelwms7 (which I accidentally setup a week ago). Someone, went in and tampered with my account.

    My email is above as the real user.

  • If you have phpmyadmin access, you can access the database then look for _users table then find your admin account user name, then edit the row. then change the user_email to user working email. then set the user user_pass make sure you use MD5 in function column for user_pass

    then log in with a new email and password. once you’re logged in reset your account password. then look for users and remove any other admin user account that you didn’t create.
    Also, change the password for other admin accounts.
    change the Bluehost password as well and maybe your main email password as well just in case.
    then with any security plugin scan website for malware and kindly check your theme and child theme for any code changes.
