• I am seeking a host that will migrate my site and competently support my site(s) in a shared hosting environment. I know this is a lot to ask but there has to be some competent providers out there in the universe of idiots. I’ve yet to find one.

I have a somewhat complex WordPress site with many plugins. The site is to market my fine art photography so there are lots of images. Key considerations:

    1. I use mail relay services (Sendgrid, Mailgun) to email all my users as soon as a new post is published.

    2. I use Wordfence, Sucuri, and SSL for security.

    3. I use RankMath and write my own JSON-LD scripts for SEO.

    4. I have custom sliders/scripts for my art galleries.

    5. I host a couple of websites for others under my master account.

    7. I use the Sucuri firewall and cloud cachr to increase performance.

Problems I have at iPage hosting include:

    1. Support that refuses to acknowledge there is a server problem.

    2. Hosting admin panels that don’t work properly.

    3. Server scripts (Sucuri scanner) that are killed by the host.

    4. Cron jobs that end unexpectedly or fail to start.

    5. Terrible support response time.

    6. Chat support with incompetent script readers.

    7. Poor load balancing with multiple sites on the host machine causing inconsistent poor performance.
