Seeking users advice on best payment gateway

    This is more of the crowd information sourcing..:-)

    I’m looking for a new payment gateway to integrate well with my Woocommerce.

    I have been using Paypal for many years but their business customer support in terms of both access and quality has gone down to zero in an unconscionable manner (they no longer have technical or merchant support) so I’m pulling the plug.

    High quality and easily accessible customer support is extremely important to me.
    I was looking at Stripe, but again found many negative reviews about their poor customer support.

    What payment processing gateway with very good and reliable customer support operating in many countries can WC users recommend?

    My secondary question is in relation to switching payment gateways on WC with no downtime in accepting payments. How this can be achieved?

    I’m in Australia but have customers purchasing my online products all over the world.

    I would appreciate the ecommerce users’ recommendations.

    sorry no, please keep it open for few more days. I thanked @riaanknoetze for their reply, doesn’t mean that I’d like to close the ticket ??

    I posted it only today and got just one reply with two suggestions and no comments. I’d like to see more suggestions from more users…. also not just the recommended names of the platforms, but more importantly the user’s personal experience with the paygate they use (other than Paypal).

    The facts and prices are on their websites – what is not evident in the many online reviews is the quality and accessibility of customer support, that’s what I would like to hear from people recommending a particular platform, speking from their personal experience.

    You usually keep tickets open for at least 2-3 weeks….could you please keep this one open for longer as well. thanks
