Seeking help in variable stock management

Hello. I am looking for a solution/plugin that will assist me in variable stock management.

Here is the current situation I am facing. I only have enough stock to make 5 rings. With rings being variable in sizes, Woocommerce only allows me to add stock for each size (this will cause stock issues as I cannot assign which size will have a certain stock number).

This is not what I want. What I want is that when someone chooses a ring size ( size 9 for example), the stock will reduce to 4. When someone chooses another ring size (size 6 for example), the stock will reduce to 3. Once the stock runs out, customers will not be able to purchase that item.
