    Hello everyone,
I’m trying to understand what exactly the number of characters translated per day refers to. I see a large number of characters that have been translated, but my site has already been fully translated.
Therefore, I cannot explain the source of these translations and use of credit.
Could anyone clarify this for me, please?
    Thank by advance

It is possible that some robots are not blocked even when you click on Block Robots?

    Dear Selena,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The number of characters translated per day refers specifically to the amount of content that has been automatically translated through our service in a single day. This metric doesn’t account for any manual translations you’ve performed.

Your concerns about pages being translated multiple times, despite already having been fully translated, are understandable. This might indicate that some parts of your website are getting retranslated, thus causing additional usage of your translation credits.

There are several reasons why this might be happening:

    1. Dynamic content: If your website contains content that changes frequently (for instance, content generated by plugins or widgets), these changes will trigger retranslations.
    2. Bot traffic: Even though you’ve blocked robots, some sophisticated bots might still access your site and trigger translations.

In any case, it’s important to investigate the issue to identify the source of the problem. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team here: “https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/”.

    Best regards,

maybe a hint for my trouble is that the title (Hx) are still translated but the <p> paragraph come back to the original language…
And this area are not Dynamic content is why it is strange
