Seeking a "Bug Tracker" plugin

Apologies if this should be posted elsewhere.

I’ve been searching for a simple bug tracker plugin for the last few days and just haven’t found anything that is viable or even up to date. I’m aware of a few “to-do” style plugins that are available strictly in the ACP, but I’d like users on my site to have access to the tracker on the public side.

My criteria is quite simplistic. I’d like for users to be able to create new issues and allow “staff” to update these issues with severity levels and/or close them as necessary. This is not intended as a tracker for my site, but for a personal server my site is designed for.

Each time I search for trackers, I come across the aforementioned “to-do” plugins or for old plugins no longer available.

I’d greatly appreciate any advice for “tracking” one of these down!
