    Hi,

I installed a plugin on my website and now it’s causing all my backend pages to be blocked and show a white screen. I can view the website fine but the dashboard, themes, etc. is all white screens. I did try and log out and log back in and now I can’t even get to the login page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The site is: https://www.bestinfinity.com

    Thanks,
    Ashley

  • You will need to use FTP (or other file manager your host provides) to delete or deactivate that plugin – find it in the plugins folder:

    wordpress
       wp-content
            plugins
FIND AND DELETE the bad one here

    Hi WPyogi-

Yes, I contacted my host provider and they suggested disabling the plugin. And they also increased my memory limit. So now I can view all areas on the backend. So it’s all fixed, I appreciate your help though.

    Thanks!
    Ashley
