Seeing the shortcode, not the album

    I have created and shared a Google Photos folder
    I have installed and activated Embed Google Photos album and included the shortcode in a page.
    The page displays the shortcode, not the album of photos.
    I have tried disabling other plugins (FooGallery and FooBox).
    I do not think that the embed-ui.min.js script is loaded (you said to check for this in an earlier post on this forum).
    WordPress 5.5.3 running Twenty Twenty Child theme (no js in the child).
    I should be very grateful for help

    Hi Kwarr, I think that you have wrote code incorrectly. Source code starting “[” but you have “[”. Check shortcode again please.

    Thank you pavex.
    The reason that it appeared as "[" was that I had entered the shortcode in a paragraph block instead of a custom HTML block.
    Such a silly mistake but now corrected thanks to your response.
