Seeing the footnote under the page footer after clicking the superscript

After I click on the superscript [1], I see the footnote under the page footer (under teh copyright sign), in addition to the References section.
Can you please fix this?
Other than that, your plugin is very good.
Also, could you add an option to “Retract” or a show/hide button the references section?
