Seeing Players Predictions In Leaderboard

In addition to the above i must add that i can see peoples predictions via clicking their name in the leaderboard when im logged into my Admin account but not as a player.

I get a restricted message.

That’s strange. You should be able to see the predictions when you go to the prediction overview for a player (e.g. /user/?user=2). It doesn’t matter if you’re logged in or not.

I wonder if you have some kind of membership plugin included on your site? The set up of myour membership plugin (Membership 2) has previously restricted viewing to a Football Pool Page that should have been viewable.

Yes i’m using “Paid Membership Subscription” plugin.

As i said before i can see players predictions for each match through the prediction page once locked or results are in but id like to have that option to go into the leaderboard, click on a player and see all the predictions they have done for that week that have been played or already locked. Only me as the Admin con do this.

At present it just states its restricted by my membership level which does point to the Paid Membership Subscription plugin i guess.

As i said before i wonder if there is some code to bypass this that i can add into the custom css of the theme website to allow this view as i cannot see any options to change in the membership plugin.

Any advice?

You shouldn’t need any code – it should just work. I strongly suspect it will be a membership plugin setting.

Have you looked at the membership settings of that page?

I have the basic version of that plugin so no settings available for users just settings for memberships and payments.

Maybe it’s standard for basic to make you buy the pro version.

I take it you don’t know any code that may get around this?

No, I don’t know of any code.

There must be settings in the membership plugin to control what pages or areas of the site each membership level can view – unless it’s a blanket membership for the whole site I guess.

As this is not a support question related to my plugin, maybe it is better to ask for support in the support forum of the membership plugin? There are more experts there. Or, maybe try another/different membership plugin.
