    Hey Maria,

Sorry to see that you’re having some trouble. Just to confirm, you are using exactly a plain “text” widget with the shortcode [instagram-feed]?

Sometimes users will have a misspelling or use and underscore instead of a dash in the shortcode. Could you check to make sure it appears exactly like my example?

Also, is there any chance the plugin was deactivated?

    Thanks!

Hi Craig – yes, it was the text widget, and I copied the shortcode, so no typos in it. It was activated and not working.

I purchased the InstaLink plugin from CodeCanyon instead and it’s working fine.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hey Maria,

No problem. Strange that it wasn’t working! Let me know if you ever need anything else.
