I’m designing a WordPress website for a small business and created a “maintenance mode” page via SeedProd. I made sure to save my design and hit the “Publish” switch under the SeedProd section of the toolbar. When I access the site from my computer or phone, I reach the half-built website’s landing page instead of the maintenance mode one. If I click any internal link on that page, I’m redirected to the correct maintenance mode page.

Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong or how I can fix it? It’s clearly unprofessional and embarrassing to leave a half-built website exposed like this.

@pola11, I gave it a read and re-set my site cache. I’m not experiencing any changes, unfortunately.

The URL is platinumavl.com.

For what it’s worth, I took down and re-created the site, and the problem persists. Also, I tried W3 Total Cache with the old version of my site. My WordPress host is cPanel.

It’s being very finnicky, and I don’t know why. I get the same ‘error’ screen with Chrome on another PC, despite it working on my web development computer (on Chrome and Edge, with clearing browser caches and in incognito mode). If you’re using Windows, it should connect properly on Edge.

Looks like you are running Sucuri as well and it has a cache. Make sure you clear that. I see a X-Sucuri-Cache header
