• hi this is great plugin, i need that when user create new ticket or login, they can see their tickets only, not show other user’s ticket. it is possible?

    Which type of user role you are assigning to new users?
    If the users having subscriber role then they can see tickets raised by them only.
    Also make sure in Support Plus > Settings > Ticket Type Settings you have selected “Default ticket type” is private.

    hi thanks for reply, i set Default Ticket Type is private already and new user are create as subscriber. but still listing showing. i mean when i logged in as subscriber, all user lists are showing.

    my question is subscriber user can show only their tickets not other subscribers ticket list.
