See-thru top (#page bg going under my header)
-
Hi all,
I’ve managed to set WP up, I’m working on personalising a theme. My base is the Kubrick theme that came with Wp 1.5.
All is working out well (I even managed to switch the PHP code in the header to be able to have a normal and a ‘wide’ footer)… but…
I used a GIF with an alpha channel for my header and footer. The #page background is going under it.
You can find the page here: https://blog.isotrope.netHow can I keep the #page background from repeating under the header and footer?
(I tried moving teh #page div after the #header and closing it before the #footer. It looked fine in IE but Firefox and Opera helped me realize that I still have a bit of road to travel towards fully understanding CSS.)
I know the message is long-winded, I apologize, but any support would be really appreciated. If it can help I got this far before posting my first help request.
Have a great one,
Michal
