See the form but doesn’t work

You need to downgrade the form. Did you get a warning on the WordPress Dashboard when you set the form up?

You should have seen a warning similar to the one in the screen shot in this post on my web site if the form hadn’t been downgraded. Are you running the latest version?

how does one downgrade the form? i’m seeing nothing like that on the page linked from that error on my site.

that got us closer… now it’s giving an option to log into google forms instead of the actual form….

If you’re seeing a login request from Google it means the sharing link isn’t correct. When you share the form, you need to set the permissions for either public or anyone with the link. I recommend using the “anyone who has the link” option as it keeps the URL somewhat hidden.

If your form requires a Google login to access it won’t work with the WordPress plugin.
