See in mail if Checkbox is checked or not?

    Hello, I have a checkbox in my form like this:
    [checkbox checkbox-914 use_label_element “I choose option 1”]

    How can I see, in the mail which is send after a form is filled, that people check or not this box? I found all in support but not that :/
