See blank page when trying to log in

    All of a sudden, my client went to log into their site with the custom login URL and saw a blank page. I then tried and got the same result. I had to go into the server and deactivate the Cerber plugin. Then we were able to get in. If I activate the plugin, go back to the login page, it happens again. If I deactivate the plugin again, the login page loads fine. What’s the problem?

    Have you activated permalinks in the WordPress Settings?

    Just checked. First of all, all settings are correct except Write failed login attempts to the file. You don’t have to check it if you are not using fail2ban. Uncheck it and try to open custom login page again.
    Secondly, you should inspect Apache error log if it possible. Getting blank login page with your settings is absolutely weird.
    Finally, maybe you are using some other log in or log out related plugin? Send me a screenshot of your default login page (wp-login.php).

    THANKS! I unchecked that setting, and that didn’t help. I then saw I was using another plugin for the moved login page so I cleared out the name of the login page in the Cerber plugin.

    I had this plugin and the other plugin active before. I don’t know why suddenly this plugin affected the login.

    You should use only one log in related plugin otherwise you will get conflicts. That’s pretty normal because identical plugin functionalities interfere with each other.
