“See all results” not showing anything

    Hi,

    “Ajax Search for WooCommerce” shows the results correctly under the search box, but when trying to show all results page it is not showing anything saying “no result found”.

    What should I do? Can it be fixed in free version?

    Hi kerlinomm,

    When I type “kokk”, FiboSearch bar shows 3 products. When I hit enter, I get the following notice: 3 tulemust “kokk”. Leitud on 3 tulemust sinu otsingus?nale. So the plugin found products, but they are not displayed. I think the problem might be with the theme or with another plugin.

    The best approach would be to deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue still occurs after each deactivation. Also, try to switch your theme to e.g. Storefront, and check if the issue may be related to the theme.

    You may also review your theme’s settings, especially the search settings.

    Dear Marta,

    Thank you so much for your quick and efficient answer. I found out that the plugin Toolset Lite was creating the problem. After deactivating that one, the FiboSearch is working well!
