Security token did not match

  • Please I really need help.

    I create users but when they try to login into portal I keep getting this error. Have tried various options re-set pw or use edge/google but no luck.

    Also I notice I cannot update my wordpress site. Is it a bug or ?

    You seem to be something tagged as “eal-login”. Your login is controlled by that plugin. Does it ring a bell?

    Disable plugin with wp-cli or rename plugin directory on hosting (e.g. Add “1” to current name). Renaming the directory will disable the plugin.

    Hi there! The captcha plugin that you’re using might have some configuration issues. Possible solutions that might help you out are suggested below:

    Caching issue. If you are using a caching plugin I suggest trying to disable it temporarily on WordPress, and/or clean cache using the plugin on WordPress.
