I don’t know what happened, but none of my security plugins will scan. I use Sucuri, Wordfence and Defender Pro. I get a 503 error on Securri, Defender Pro just doesn’t scan and Wordfence triggers a Failed Scan. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I see that you are using Cloudflare. Cloudflare has a feature to challenge and/or block requests matching patterns of known bots before they can access your site. This disrupts the communication between Sucuri and your website. The only work around I can find in order to scan a website is to disable ‘Bot Fight Mode’ (now called ‘Bot Report’) in the Cloudflare dashboard. It’s located under the Firewall App in ‘Tools’. This issue may causing your Wordfence and Defender Pro to fail scans as well.

Basically, I would turn Bot Report off if I need a scan then turn it back on after the scan is completed. It’s annoying but that’s the only workaround.
